Harjinder is the founder of Sanserwal Law Office Saskatchewan (Canada) and an active member of Law Society of Saskatchewan.
Being a Lawyer Harjinder has worked in a variety of fields for many years. In 2008, he began practising as a lawyer in Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh and Distt Courts Ambala, specialising in criminal and family law; due to Interest in Immigration Law, Harjinder immigrated to Canada in 2015.
Harjinder went to Law School at the University of New Brunswick (UNB) for his further studies (NCA) after relocating to Canada, which is the requirement for an international Lawyer who has migrated from overseas to become a Lawyer again in Canada. His passion for the immigration field led him to establish an immigration practise in Canada.
Defining and communicating the company’s long-term strategy, Harjinder is critical to upholding the company’s values and preserving its distinct culture. With his Legal and Immigration passion, he is also in charge of talent and workforce management.

Sanserwal holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree in B.A.LLB, LL.M
